Even Tap Water Has Gone High Tech

Drinking regular tap water is so 2010. We have smart phones, smart homes and smart phones, it’s time for smart water faucets.

The Tyent UCE 9000 Turbo Water Ionizer (it even has a sci-fi sounding name), is a high-tech tap that lets you supercharge your water, with just a touch of the iPhone-inspired color LCD touchscreen. Now you can output H2O with the perfect pH level for whatever you need.

Need a drink or looking to boil some pasta? You’ll want alkaline ionized water. The UCE 9000 can create highly-oxygenated, antioxidant-rich alkaline water that helps you stay more hydrated and is ideal for cooking. It has 3 alkaline presets that let you touch to control the level of pH to deliver the ideal alkaline water with antioxident levels higher than in a glass of orange juice.

Cleaning, disinfecting and sterilizing? High alkaline water won’t do it. That’s a job for strongly acidic water. Touch one of the acid presets, and you’ll get water with the right amount of pH for the job. And the on-screen graphic shows you what that pH level is best used for.

The UCE 9000 also features a .01 micron ultra double filtration system, with a carbon and ceramic filter that produces water that’s mineral rich. Unlike reverse osmosis water, which strips all minerals out of the water, both good and bad, Tyent’s water ionizers only filter out the unwanted minerals, leaving good minerals, like calcium, in your water.

Now we just need a smart oven with a touchscreen that can deliver perfectly cooked wings and ribs.
